  : It is beautiful and spacy apartment on the most beautiful street in Catania. Downstairs are cute restaurants, serving great food and drinks, but the apartment is very private and quiet. The view is nice, you see part of Catania towards the sea. You are in the prettiest part of the central Catania, and can visit all the main landmarks by walk. Beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Modern and stylishly furnished. We had a very pleasant stay.
  : Apartment is on top floor of an old building, no lift. This could be a problem for families with small children. My advice to the host would be to communicate this information before guest reserve the property. Everything else was perfect.

  : Great located apartment in the center of Catania. The apartment was very clean and bright with a good view. The apartment has multiple ACs for each room.
  : 3rd floor without the elevator and can be hot in the hall. Only 3 glasses at your disposal which was strange. I would probably change the TV and add more direct lights instead of lamps.

  : It is a very nice, clean, spacious flat with a nice view. It is in an excellent location, 2 corners from via Etna, on via Crociferi; a walking street itself with lots of cafes, restaurants.
  : We were supposed to not leave any gatbage in the flat despite the fact that garbage collection is available only once a week and there is no dumpster for the building.

  : "This B&B was an absolute nightmare. The admin communicated to us only upon arrival that the heating (air conditioning) was not working, and despite the intervention of a technician, the problem was never solved. The two electric heaters provided were not enough to heat up the whole house, making it impossible to warm up all rooms at the same time. To make matters worse: - there were water damages and leaks in the bathroom and corridor, posing a serious electric shock risk (see photos) - drawers and wardrobes were full of garbage and leftovers (see pictures attached). - the main entrance gate (downstairs) was defective. In several occasion I could not leave the property and had to wait for someone to get in. - no label on the ring bell, impossible to receive food delivery As a (worse) solution, we were moved to a second house, which was far away from the historic center and did not meet any of the requirements we had specified during the booking. This second apartment was no better: - There was no heating in the (long) corridor and bathroom, making it impossible to shower or use the toilet consistently - There was no heating in the kitchen - no portable, electric heater were provided, after request - The handle of the living room door was broken and I was locked inside for about 30 minutes Overall, this was a very bad experience. You can imagine how disappointing was spending my birthday in the place were I was born and experience all of that. Not to mention the time and money loss (which I am planning to get refund) Moving from house to house caused us to waste time and ruined our holiday. The poor living conditions during particularly cold and windy weather only added to our anger and frustration. I would not recommend this B&B to anyone and advise looking for alternative accommodations.

  : I booked this accommodation and payed in advance three nights, but our flight was changed for other city so we couldn't stay there first night. but owner didn't want to give us refund or give us one more night!That's not our mistake so at least what I expect is understanding from them.. But no, they just took money and that's it. So unprofessional

  : Location was quite good and apartment was of a very good size
  : - apartment was on the last floor with no elevator- we stayed 5 nights and the towels were never changed. On top of that, we ran out of toilet paper as only 2 rolls were provided. We wrote to the host on the second day asking when can we get fresh towels and she never replied. It never happened to us that we are totally ignored by the host, so this is totally unacceptable - mattress & pillows were uncomfortable

  : The flat was on the top floor, 4th floor, on the Via Crociferi. A historic street in the heart of the city. Very easy to reach by public transport coming from the airport or central train station. It was easy to check-in and check-out following the instructions by Mariangela. I travelled alone, but the flat can certainly host 2-3 people. All in all it was a very comfortable stay.
  : I think there could be a little bit more equipment in the kitchen, in case a couple would stay at the flat, or for longer stays for people who prefer to cook.

  : Everything was perfect. The host was very helpful and provided us with places to visit. The apartment is clean and there is no noise.
  : There was no terrace and the apartment is on the last floor without lift but that wasn't an issue
