: Wonderfully situated Apartment on two floors with two balconies on each floor with a view to the quiet inner courtyard. Smoothly to reach the Centre of the City with its Dome Plaza and fish market. Worth mentioning sights nearby are the Odeon and the Benedictine Monastery. All important places are within walking distance. The flat itself has a kitchenette, enough space to chill out and offers relaxation. The decoration was designed by the owner himself. He was so friendly and even picked us up personally from the bus station. Afterwards, we received important tips and advice regarding our stay in the city and nearby sights. All in all, a very pleasant experience, the price-performance ratio is definitely right.

: Cute two-floor apartment next to the Benedictine monastery, ten minute walk from the main street of Catania. The place is small but nicely appointed with some very thoughtful designs - and artworks everywhere, as I understand, all made by the owner Francesco. In nice weather you can enjoy your coffee or breakfast on the two small terraces. Although the bathroom is simple, the water pressure was excellent. The courtyard when the apartment is located - Vico Maura, is a really interesting slice of local life in old Catania. Francesco was very kind, took our family with his car from the station (for free) and showed us around the apartment and main spots in town.
: The pillows where very thin and uncomfortable - perhaps the worst pillows I've slept on.
