  : Loved the view from my room and the overall modern design of the room. The shower worked perfectly and I enjoyed the rainfall feature. The location was great too - away from touristy Cascais but still just a 5-minute cab ride from town. Also, fabulous Sintra is a relatively short distance from the hotel, easy to reach and not all that expensive (about 15-18 euros) by cab/Uber.
  : First of all, the loud, persistent beeping sound (three beeps then a pause, over and over and over) that came from the buffet warming dishes in the breakfast area. It was very disagreeable. Even sitting as far away as possible at breakfast, I could still hear it. Secondly, there were no USB outlets in the rooms - only outlets for wired telephones, which doesn't make much sense for travelers these days.

  : Some of the staff are not prepared for the public, the manager of the front desk is exceptional, not only a super worker but comprehensive and took care of all my needs.

  : The location of the hotel is excellent. The buffet breakfast was good with a variety of options.
  : Its the first hotel that we have ever stayed in that had NO coffee or tea facilities in the room. There was also no vanity kits and on one of the days the room was not serviced until after 4pm.
