  : The swimming pools and the breakfast area.
  : Dogs barking and the car alarms going off early morning each and every morning. Extra 5 per person to use the indoor heated pool. The roads were in shocking state of repair. The front of the property was really ugly parking/landscaping. It was stated that the villas had been updated/refurbished. We stayed in one of these in 2017. No changes at all.

  : First time I had to pay to use the swimming pool (5 pax).I used to come at least once a year since 2018: it is NOT children friendly as it used to be.It became a regular hotel; same as all others in the area and country.... Lost its soul.

  : -No daily room cleaning (1 per three days is not acceptable for 5 stars hotel). We stayed for 6 nights and there was only 1 cleaning. Rubbish bins overflowing, towels damp (as it was chilly in the villa, towels did not dry completely).-Very expensive kids club 12.5 euro per hour 1 kid. I paid 100 euro for 2 kids just for their spending time during 2 hours 2 days at club. I never met such condition. - very expensive restaurant with unpalatable food and small selection.
