  : The location is great. The apartment is clean and everything works. 1 minute walk from the beach. Great cafes and other amenities nearby. Beautiful view out of the front window. Private feel to the balcony out back.
  : The beds were very uncomfortable to us (spring model mattress that you could feel the springs in). The gentlemens club on the base level plays music extremely loud starting at 10:30 p.m. until approximately 5 in the morning. This kept us awake every night we were there.

  : Hosts very accommodating, before and during our stay. We took a taxi from Lisbon Airport direct to the apartment. With early morning flight we arranged an early entry (small charge) and were met by the hosts at the apartment. Welcome pack included a very pleasant white wine, some beers and more! The apartment is light and airy, with a view to the sea and fishing port. Comfortably furnished, with well equipped kitchen and a washing machine enclosed within a spacious bathroom. Very conveniently located for bars, restaurants, shops and within minutes walking to beaches, parks, old town, citadel and other sights. Cascais is a great place to relax in, with lots to see and do locally and further afield. Estoril is a pleasant stroll away, with plenty of beach dining options on the way. Public transport is cheap, with regular buses to the spectacular Guincho surfing beach, to Sintra and beyond. Lisbon is only 40 minutes by train.
  : Nothing really to detract from our enjoyment. It would have been great to have had a lift to the apartment on the third floor, but that would be nitpicking - the stairs were not really a problem.

  : Amazing place! Spacious, huge living space, gorgeous views. Bonus terrace at the back. Big bedrooms. Could benefit from more decoration just to make it more homely. Location is superb! I would stay again!
  : The following could be issues for some but we didnt really mind to be honest: It can be noisy! But then the location is so good as a few steps from the beach and all bars. 3rd floor walk up, no lift.

  : Great location; stunning sea views, beach, restaurants, shops, marina, museum and parks all in very close proximity, all within walking distance. A very friendly and very helpful host, thanks so much Jose and Nono for going the extra mile! A wonderful welcome package, really makes a difference after a long journey, much appreciated!
  : Paid parking and trying to find find parking, but this is unavoidable in the area. Unfortunately the building to the side is under going construction, also unfortunately unavoidable at the moment. Wifi speed was too slow for online meetings.
