  : The location was great and close to other surrounding areas.
  : Note: I emailed the location my response before posting. Gave them two weeks to respond. It seems they don't care! Beware!The Pots/Pans were dirty1st night there - of a family of 4, one person could take a shower as the next member discovered cold water when they tried to take a shower. Later we found out that the water tank needs to fill back up again with hot water- not sure of the wait time. with two kids and the need for showers, we had to work around that and eventually impacted our travels around the city during the stay. This was a huge inconvenience.Additionally, we first arrived, had a dirty sink sponge. After our complaint, we were able to get another sponge, not sure if that was used from a different room, but when the property guy brung it over it was not new. The lobby hours to use the library, were closed early. There was a lack of staff, had to call to get someone to assist us if we needed something. As a guest paying the amount of money during our stay, is not worth the re-booking at all. 2 of 4 burners did not work in our kitchenette. The door to the patio routinely came off track, often. On the right side of the bed, a light was staged beside the bed, unplugged with no wall outlet to plug into. The bench outside, was wobbly and not safe for guests to sit down. I would not recommend leaving that there as a guest to sit at.The sanitizer station in our room, what was that? It definitely was not sanitizer. In speaking with other travelers there, they encountered problems too.

  : Loved the location. Loved the picnic area. Rooms where a good size.
  : No point in having a mini kitchen if 1 out of 4 burners worked. There was no staff on site. I was promised a sleeping Cot for my extra guest and never was told that they no longer provide them do to covid. I didn’t even get a call from them letting me know that it was a no. Once I was in location I was told they would put one in my room. Got back from the beach around 8:45pm and still no cot. No one on site to even talk to. My husband had to grab a lounge chair out from the balcony and make it a bed. Super uncomfortable.

  : The bathroom is tiny with no counter space. Tile peeling in some places. Lounges on the deck are very worn.

  : Beautiful setting & huge oak trees. Close to Carmel Valley Village Center - easy walking. Quiet. Big windows and a patio. Staff were very nice, friendly. Affordable for this location. Pet Friendly.
  : The rooms were very dated. A lot of deferred maintenance. Could have been cleaner. No mini-fridge. If they fixed up the rooms to be more modern, it would probably cost twice as much to stay there.
