  : It was relatively clean.
  : The flat is on a very busy street and on the top floor. Not worth it. We had to park on the busy street with nowhere to park except the bus stop while the passenger jumped out of the car to run inside using a door code, then a key, then a code box to retrieve the gate opener and door key. Then we had to go around the street and down the alley to the car park. The car park is not marked and we had to click the button to find the one that opened. Once parked we had to carry all our luggage back to the front of the building, go through a locked gate (the code was the same as the front door but we had to guess that), then use the code at the front door to get inside and lug everything up to the top floor (lots of stairs!) Then use the door key to enter the flat. The washer and dryer are advertised but the dryer didn't work. The directions to the washer and dryer were wrong and we had to watch a YouTube video to start it. Once ready for bed, the bedding for the sofa bed was not in the drawer as per the instructions....everything for the sofa bed was in a locked cabinet. The owner offered to open the cabinet but it was already late and we didn't want to wait 20-30 minutes for him. :( The flat was clean but that was it. It is inconvenient to stay here and it is not your average nice place. One towel per person, no hand towels, no shampoo or body soap. There was a half-empty bottle of handsoap. Not worth the hassle and we do not recommend it for others. It's a nightmare of obstacles and inconveniences. Go someplace better.

  : I loved all aspects of fhe flat and bed very comfortable. A great location to venue I was attending and lots to do around Cardiff. A lovely trip enhanced by this excellent flat
  : Nothing much at all. I couldnt find egg cups and toaster didnt work. Minor inconveniences.
