  : A great location near the stadium, a 10 minute walk from the train station. All facilities I needed to prepare meals and work. Very comfortable and quiet. An easy walk to the main shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Also the lovely park.

  : Location was perfect. It was less than a 10 minute walk from city centre yet quiet.
  : Sofa was sunk in the middle so difficult to sit in. Sheets were spotted. Toilet paper holder broken. Had to contact host frequently for code and WiFi access.

  : The best thing about this apartment is the location. It was just an easy 5-minute walk to the city centre. Also, the spacious, pretty Bute Park is just a short jog away. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable although somewhat on the soft, spongy side. There is a decent sized living room although we didn't use it much.
  : 1. I had called them a couple of days before arrival about a possible early check in. The person on the phone stated that there's a charge for that. He went on to explain the rationale - they had to reschedule the cleaners when that happens which meant they had to be paid extra. So I opted not to have an early check in after I was informed that I can leave my luggage at their office until the room was ready. However, when my partner arrived early and wanted to leave her luggage, it appeared the apartment had already been cleaned without them having to do any rescheduling. Yet they went ahead and charged her for early check in. 2. Several times, they sent me both an email and a text message indicating that the entry codes would be "sent one day prior to arrival". I had to call them to find out why I didn't get the codes as promised and was told it would only be sent at 9:00 am on the day of arrival. 3. The temperature control for the shower in the bathroom was practically useless - one either gets boiled alive or frozen to death. It keeps fluctuating hot and cold every few seconds. I brought this matter up with the office but it wasn't fixed. The bathroom floor itself is made of some low quality material - it is warped and undulating. 4. There was a lot of noise from the guests upstairs - probably not their fault. The problem was the creaking stairs and floors. We can hear clearly every noisy foot step they took, whether climbing the stairs or moving around in their apartment.
