  : +) spacious bedroom, large comfy bed, window opened for a bit for fresh air (although noisy road) has safe, ironing board and tea making… Friendly staff throughout, good location esp for Castle. Evening meal in restaurant tasty (although automatically adding roast dinner veg to a fish/salad meal wasn’t necessary and was a bit odd). Pool is good size.
  : -) air con in room very weak, and can’t adjust temp only tan speed. dismal view of creepy car park opposite, basic bathroom bits (no flannel, no extras), dining / bfast room ( no signage, so at breakfast went via bar like a lot of people-waiter asks everyone standing by the bar if they came via the bar - just put a sign up !!!) room is large but bit claustrophobic esp at bfast as w/o much daylight and stuffy room, breakfast selection poor / uninspiring and collecting cooked items from edge of hot kitchen was unappealing, banquette too low for table height so stretching to eat. Table clear up around us a bit noisy. Room service difficult to contact - no reply to two phone numbers, had to order via reception then walk down to kitchen to fix an issue - as neither reception nor room service available - ( understaffed and one person on reception was checking people in - so no help available for quite a while)!
