Disappointing

  : The property was very clean and appliances well maintained.
  : We arrived and walked into the house and immediately seen dead Palmetto (Large roach like bugs) all over the house. My dad picked up 19 of them within 30 minutes. I contacted the owner. She had the maintenance person show up. He said they fumigated the day before. I asked why werent the dead bugs picked up, he said they did. At this price point I should not be walking in to a house full of dead roaches. I only booked for the weekend and I am glad. That very night I went into the guest bathroom and there was a very fast running Palmetto on the bathroom counter. I was ready to leave. The maintenance person also asked me to show him my credit card so he can take a picture of the front and back. I said absolutely not. I paid in full. He said its for the utility charge. I told him that the owner can use the information I entered online. Taking pictures of my credit card on his personal phone was a risk I was not going to take.
