Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$25 per person per stay when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.

-A online register form must be filled before check-in.

-At 3pm the access codes for check-in will be sent by email on the day of arrival.
