  : We really liked the house, it was clean, with nice sized rooms. Pool and spa were great and we enjoyed the privacy around the lanai with the landscaping.
  : furniture and cushions on lanai need to be updated and/or replaced

  : The house was nice
  : The pool and jacuzzi was freezing cold due to the fact that the heater was not working. The property management knew it was not working and never got it fixed before our arrival. The heater is old and needs to be replaced. When management was told about it they said they knew and couldnt get a guy out until after our stay. When management was asked about adjusting the rate we paid for this property with a heated jacuzzi, they said they would. Well the adjustment they made was a whopping $56.41 which they said was the Electric charge they were going to charge me. A charge that is normally in the rental price. Also, during our stay they had a company come out and replace the screens around the pool invading our privacy. The workers were walking up to the patio and all around the pool looking in. I would not rent from this rental property again.
