  : Great location, quite a nice size for a one bedroom flat; comfortable bed and decent kitchen. Wifi was good. Staff friendly & accessible. I didnt find the checkin form that onerous
  : Some aspects of the flat not in great shape (radiator hanging off wall, toilet seat broken, bathroom window didnt latch) and in general it didnt feel clean - sticky switches and remotes, couch stained. When I arrived there were no towels or toilet paper and although the staff were responsive when I called and emailed it still took more than 24hrs to get towels

  : It was warm and cosy. But a bit difficult to retrieve the key from the key box.
  : No internet access. Called the host repeatedly to resolve, but issue wasn't resolved.

  : The location was good.
  : 1. The dining room chairs were not built correctly and broke when someone sat on them, causing injury. 2. The bedroom roof had mould and water damage. 3. Utensils were old and not particularly clean4. Cups were left broken. 5. Washing machine leaked over the floor when used. 6. Couch was disgustingly dirty

  : The location is very close to the River Cam, the flat esp. the kitchen is relatively spacious. When we report the problem of unacceptable tidiness, the management n support team did give us quick response, and went to the property with a hoover and new utensils on the next day.
  : Too much spider web everywhere INSIDE the house, weve found living lovely spider on the wall, on the bed, even in between the kitchen utensils. And many dirt n hair left on the wading machine, on the bed, on the carpet, after all we had to spent extra time n money to do the cleaning part before we could be seated comfortably.

  : Location is in walking distance to shopping centers (10min) and city center (15-20min); 1min walk to the bank of cam river; equipped with everything, such as kitchenware, microwave, washing machine, etc; King size bed is comfortable; Although parking is not available and not free at day time, it is free from 5pm to 8am and all day Sunday; price is fair; Deposit return at the 7th day after checkout.
  : Many procedures before you can successfully book it, you need to fill forms and make payment and sign agreements, which is ridiculous for a hotel or Airbnb kind of room, I never experienced such a thing before this booking. Instead of pre-authorization, it took actual money from credit card as deposit, which was recorded as a transaction in my case, even though the money is back after 7 days, it caused some problem when repay the card as my card is in different currency. Although kitchen is fully equipped, some equipment is old and need to be replaced; ventilation is poor which in turn retains unpleasant smell inside, need to open the door to let fresh air in.

  : A few more bowls and mugs would be good. Information on how to put down the sofa bed. Is a resident parking permit available?
