  : location and the quietness. great place to be.
  : everything was perfect. Only knock which was nothing that could have been anticipated was that the washing machines heating unit was no good. But the management was on it quickly within minutes of my calling but unfortunately the part wouldnt get to us in time of our stay. Again wasnt their fault. these things happen to appliances but they were quick to respond and resolve!

  : Good location. A nice modern apartment. Nice welcome items provided. Good cooking facilities. Good contact regarding checking in an getting the keys.
  : Less than perfect maintenance. Clearly the state of the apartment was not thoroughly checked before our arrival. A light in the bathroom needed to be replaced, this was done the day after we reported it. The non-functioning fan in the bathroom was not fixed during our stay. Even with the light in the bathroom fixed the illumination of the mirror in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Locking the front door was a bit hit and miss. It needs to be looked at. Local car parking is terrifically expensive. Best to us the Park and Ride.

  : Location. Good and friendly staff. Nice welcome package. Clothes washer/dryer and provided detergent was nice to have.
  : Not much fresh air circulation, but the provided fan helped. Narrow hallway between bedroom and bathroom with doors that often blocked the hallway. Holder for hand-held shower head did not work.

  : The included breakfast needs to specify that it is not a cooked breakfast, just toast and basic cereal.

  : Well located, quiet, spacious studio apartment. In good condition & clean, with supplies (snacks, breakfast, shower gel, etc) to get me through my trip. Bed was comfy.
  : I couldn't figure out how to turn the heating down, it was a little bit warm for my taste overnight.(thinking back I think there was a QR code on the wall I could have scanned, but I didn't think of that at the time)

  : Light and airy. Spacious. Comfy. The extras in the fridge juice, bread, butter, jam, milk, Pringles and bottled water were very welcome.
  : Nothing major but the Netflix connection was a bit unstable.
