  : The walking location into Cambridge was good.
  : Upon arrival was confusing about door to use, signage would assist. The cleanliness is very poor! I took a towel with water only and wiped the shower and got a lot off, imagine if you used products and a brush or similar. Your room is not serviced at all, claiming staff shortage. If you want any tea coffee replacements, grab yourself as you walk past some because there was never anyone in office to ask. Staff need training on safety implications of leaving equipment near fire extinguishers. As someone who works within safety this is a clear violation! I would also educate staff on self hygiene. The smell coming from office on Sunday was very strong body odour.

  : Comfortable beds in a spacious room. Our location was on the ground floor in the front of the house, but it was quiet. Curtains darkened the room well and there were tea and biscuits in the room. Check-in was easy. Location was great. Breakfast was delicious — the woman there taking orders was incredibly delightful and sweet.
  : The shower was difficult to turn on and get to a normal temperature. It looked like something was missing from the front of the “knob.” There was also mildew or mold in the corner — just needs a good spritzing.

  : Outside of building could benefit from a smarten up, and some colourful flowers and plants. Would enhance the appearance and give better ‘kerb appeal’ on arrival.
