  : Excellent location. Lovely and warm. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds.
  : A little tired and a lot of things could do with some TLC. Light inside by front door didnt work. Door handle to smaller bedroom came off, living room radiator didnt work, shower tray leaking, black mould around bottom of shower, bedside drawers in larger bedroom broken, bathroom window didnt open. Just needs a general update/good maintenance overhaul. The smaller bedroom has an almost super king size bed that takes over the entire room. Our friends who were in that room said it would have been much better with a slightly smaller bed and more room to actually move around.

  : Good location. Easy access to get keys etc.
  : The drains in the property absolutely stank. No lift so be prepared to take a hike to get to your apartment - approximately 8 flights of stairs (not great after a few Belgium beers). The apartment was advertised as three bedrooms - this was not the case. There was two bedrooms, and then a mattress on a floor on a mezzanine which you had to crawl to. Luckily there was also a sofa bed in the kitchen so this was used instead. The bathroom door handle also falls off, so be sure to keep it open slightly (not ideal). The worst thing, prior to arrival, I received multiple scam messages from the apartment via the booking.com app, asking for full payment, despite having already scheduled the payment. Be carful of this as they looked very real, but after contacting smartflats they said it was a phising attack!

  : The property needs some attention. It needs to be repainted, the couch needs to be replaced and some of the bed bases and other furnishings should be dumped.

  : Good locations, very spacious, comfortable beds
  : Only had bedding for the 2 beds and not the sofa bed. We asked for the third set of bedding but we were ignored. No lights worked in the dining area of the flat. Tv didnt work. We reported all problems and had none of them resolved during our 3 night stay. Very disappointed with service.
