  : Staff is very lovely, they allowed me to check in early, and even walked other guests to the train station to help with bags. The location is impeccable, right on Grand Place. Felt safe even in the center of the city with double key card access to get into the hotel after reception closed.
  : The hotel overall and rooms really need a spruce. While the room smelled clean enough, the state of the hallways and the floors and walls in the room was a bit concerning. The windows were tiny and near impossible to open, so the room was very stuffy. The bathroom was clean but the towels could use replacing. While the location and staff are great, I probably wouldn't stay again unless renovated!

  : It is close to most of the tourist attractions and also to the train station. The receptionist was very friendly :)
  : Unfortunately it was not so clean and towels were literally old with holes

  : No aircondotion in the room, no refrigerator, it was like a hostel.
  : Location of the hotel is excellent and receptionist was very helpfull.But the entrance of the hotel, corridors of the hotel was not very clean.The windows had a small broken glass and was not clean.Lack of aircondition and and refrigerator in the room was a major problem especially when the wheather was over 30 degrees C.

  : Definitely the location- it’s right in the middle of where the Grand Palace is and for me is the perfect location. The view from the window is 100%. The owner/person in the front desk(?) was very nice and responsive. Even helped me carry my bag to show where the train station is back to Midi. It included a free breakfast which though it was the restaurant across the hotel (which you don’t mind coz you walked in the middle of such beautiful architecture) and it was good.
  : It was definitely an old hotel, took me a while to find it since the only sign was a small sign on a little roof. There wasn’t really a lobby area. The room was maintained but again- old. There was a fan but it was still too warm for me and windows were sealed so i couldn’t really let air in. Toilet flush was slow.
