  : The only thing we liked about the property was the good location.
  : The property didnt have Wi-Fi, despite the fact that the description on the website had it (still waiting on a discount/refund for this). Also, we found a long black hair on the bed. The feet towel had faded dark stains And they provided just one toilet roll for 2 days.

  : The location was brilliant, right where you needed to be however right next to a bar thats booming until the early hours so be aware of that. The place was clean and tidy. Wifi is advertised however not available, the router was totally missing from the apartment. It IS NOT a double bed either, should not be advertised as one, its a large single at best, so also be aware of that if you are used to a bigger bed at home, it will be uncomfy for you. The parking is below the building at 29 a day too, we didn't think of that and ended up paying 145 for 5 days. In all, a good stay minus the above.

  : Be very careful when booking this apartment. Booked around 3 months prior to travel as I was aware that it would be a busy weekend and wanted a central location. Took payment the day before travel and less than 12 hours later, told me that I was unable to have the apartment due to a leak. Their suggestion was to offer me an alternative property in hove (I booked Brighton because I was going to a gig and wanted to be close by). The property offered was to a much lesser standard and in a really out of the way location. They offered 20% discount (which in no way was anywhere close to what the apartment was worth, it was much less) or a full refund safe in knowledge that it was far too late for me to book anywhere decent elsewhere. When I said I would take the apartment but would want more discount they just threatened to cancel the booking.The apartment we ended up was nothing short of disgusting, it had a smell of smoke / cat wee the second you opened the door. The catch for the window which went straight onto the street was broken and meant that the property could be entered from the outside. The boiler which is in the bedroom and would be on all night and the cupboard door for the boiler was hanging on by one hinge, making it very dangerous. The bedroom which faced straight onto a busy street had no net curtain or blind and only had a curtain which would hang off everytime you closed it. There was no bin supplied anywhere in the appartment, meaning you just had to leave rubbish on the side. The wardrobe for our clothes was filled with a pressure washer, hose up and paint. The fridge in the kitchen was broken and had no sockets for the toaster or kettle, meaning they had to be put on the floor to use.I have sent a couple of emails since and am just being completely ignored.

  : Really central location, easy to book, had lots of local amenities, and the apartment was well appointed, which included a washing machine. Entry instructions were easy to follow.
  : The apartment is looking tired/dated - not exactly like the pictures - there is an ironing board but no iron (we did ask, but it never appeared) - due its central location (in between hotels and bars) there is refuge trucks at 4/5am emptying bottle bins so not ideal if you want to relax. Also, I could have done with some instructions for the heating, which was stuck on 24 all weekend and wasn't simple to change.

  : Great location! Right near the sea and close to shops, bars and the beach! The lanes Parking is very close by- underneath the apartments block but is a little pricey! The apartment was clean and tidy!
  : The apartment was advertised to have WiFi but there is no WiFi and no WiFi rooter as stated in their welcome message. After contacting the host they said they would sort it within 24 hours but never did still didnt solve this when messaged multiple times! It was disappointing as we had booked it to include WiFi and is very deceiving! The apartment is also very close to bars and a road, so it can get very load at night time!

  : The bath is absolutely amazing! The staff are also really accommodating and really good to deal with.
  : The Double Bed is quite small.. There is also a building site across the road that started works at 8am .
