  : Location was perfect, really good area.
  : When we arrived the property wasnt clean, the bed wasnt made and sheets werent changed from the last occupants who had stayed at the property (see pictures). There were glasses in the sink and the bathroom was dirty with unchanged towels. We contacted someone from the agency who had been in contact with us prior and she sent the cleaners round straight away, to her credit she was very apologetic and helpful. Originally we were offered later checkout as an apology but declined this as we didnt feel like this made up for the fact we had missed our dinner reservation due to the cleaners having to go back to the property. Considering check in was not until 16:00 then having cleaners arrive at 17:00 was not acceptable. 20% refund was offered and we were told theyd ring us when they were finished but they did not so we just assumed it was done at 18:30 and went back and it was semi cleaned. We went into the bedroom and noticed a toenail on the floor and a small stain of pasta sauce or blood next to the cupboard.At this point we did not want to ring again as wed already wasted the early evening waiting before we could get ready.When I went to get in the shower I very gently adjusted the shower head, only for the square shower head which was heavy to fall down and hit me on the foot. I complained about this the following day, however the response was the owner will come round to have a look and talk to you. We were only in brighton for 2 days so did not want to waste our time waiting around for the owner to look at a fallen down shower head. If this wouldve hit me on the head it definitely wouldve hurt. I reattached this after but was conscious of it potentially falling down again. Overall considering the cleanliness and the shower head falling down and the lost time I really do not believe only a 20% refund is acceptable and would not recommend staying at this property.

  : This apartment is very central - 30 seconds to the beach and little cafes, bars and the Lanes.
  : If you want peace and quiet, its not the place for you. Very noisy at night. Also, if you like a proper shower, dont book it! The shower head was missing and even when we told the owners, nothing was done about it (we were there for 4 nights in very hot weather). For what they are charging, we would have expected the shower to be in proper working order. We found the shower head under the sink so the owners must have know it was there too. They give you one set of towels for the whole stay and one toilet roll. Not the best value and we would not really recommend it for that reason.

  : The shower head fell onto my wife, causing a nasty injury to her toe. We were unable to use the overhead shower for the remainder of the holiday, plus my wife had difficulty in walking due to the injury. The wash hand basin tap was loose.

  : Do not recommend!There was numerous things concerning within the apartment. Firstly There was a dirty pair of boxers and socks left from a previous holiday, there was stains on our bed sheets, and hairs on the spare bed duvets, the toothbrush holder was filthy with dirt at the bottom of the cup, there was hairs left on the toilet, inside the toilet was disgusting with remaining stains from the last people to stay, all the mirrors was smeared, numerous plug sockets was loose from the wall, the kettle lid was loose and broke, majority of cups, mugs, and plates where left dirty and smeared, there was hairs in the draw, a chip of flooring missing, also the oven baking trays where filthy and covered In food grease, it was almost like the flat wasnt cleaned at all since the last family! For the price we paid I expected a lot more from the facilities provided, and i expected some form of partial refund, which was rejected. I have serious concerns for the cleaning team, and the facilities that other families will be staying in. We contacted the staff with our complaints and cleaning staff was with us within the next half an hour. Although at this point we had only discovered the dirty sheets, toothbrush holder, dirty boxers and socks, and the unclean kitchen. We didnt want to keep Contacting the staff to come out when we wanted to be able to go out and enjoy our holiday. So once the following had been addressed we cleaned ourselves.

  : Constant loud noise from people coming and leaving the building between 10pm and 6am so keep us awake all night If you like a comfortable night's sleep this isn't the place for you !Wifi is non existent even the smart tv has trouble connecting

  : The property is lovely and very well located.
  : The parking for 3 days cost us 90 as there is no where to parkThe landlord let the electric run out in the apartment and would not answer any calls or texts from us. So we had to contact booking.com. After being left with no electric 60 worth of food we purchased went off in the fridge and was really warm and not edible. No compensation was given. We contacted at 1pm to say about the electric and at 7pm we finally got a response!

  : the location was ideal for the sea front, shops, bars and restaurants the apartment was fantastic and great size and very clean with lots of space
  : the first message of location gave us a different post code and took us up a dead end which was really difficult to get out of, then we received a second message with the correct post code. it would be a lot clearer explaining that the entrance is located to the left at the rear of Jurys Inn and the car park, also to mark the lock box with the apartment number also it would be an idea to supply hand towels and extra towels
