  : Bed was uncomfortable, staff was never around looked like it was being re decorated or something room wasn't that great no coffee 2 towels for 3 nights kettle was dirty and when watching TV in bed couldn't see pic TV was to high up

  : Absolutely disgusted at the place we have just stayed in. Its absolutely nothing like the pictures, its dirty, unwelcoming, the staff are beyond rude and I would like some form of refund. We got to the property and there were two people outside and one of them said err kids we assumed they were guests and went and knocked the door after finishing what they were doing the two people without a single word opened the door and let us in. We stood there not knowing what to do because he didnt speak to us until he finally asked our names and gave us keys. We were put in room 4 despite the fact my booking says we are in room 9 (room 4 is a cheaper room) the room was filthy, the curtains dont fit the windows so light from outside came in all night, there was hair all over my pillow and in the bathroom, the toilet doesnt flush, the bed sheet was stained and mattress so uncomfortable I can feel every spring. We had no headboard. The fire alarm went off and we walked downstairs for them to just stare at us and say have you just set that off which of course we hadnt. Another guest had to ask for the heating to be put on because it was freezing. It says there is a bar and shows pictures .. the bar area was full of mattresses and wardrobes and general rubbish and you couldnt get in there. Im absolutely mortified. We paid 56 and I wouldnt even pay 5.60 to stay here.

  : The bed frame was broken and the springs were coming through the mattress very lumpy, there was black mold in the shower

  : Absolutely nothing! Hotel is absolutely disgusting and does not look like the photos at all!! HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
  : Everything!!! Room smelt, room was extremely dirty !! You would be better sleeping on the street in Blackpool than this hotel!!!
