  : There was nothing at all that was good about this hotel apart from the area it was in.
  : The hotel was mockit.The person who owns it was always standing outside smoking (not a good look).The rooms were absolutely mockit.

  : Location was excellent. Shame about the hotel and staff.
  : Attitude of staff! Supposedly doesnt like people from Sunderland. Kicked my daughter (single mum) and 3 year old autistic son out at 8:30am as after having a shower it seemed to leak, the old man who checked us in insisted on entering the room after knocking for a second time even though she was stood in just a towel! Was told not to use shower or sink so she didnt. He then knocked a third time and told her to leave after hearing the tap run-bathroom door was left closed and she pleaded this was not the case. He accused her without asking. He couldnt even look at us on leaving the building and not even a bye! He wore the same clothes for 2 days, he needs a good wash never mind the hotel! Was like fawlty towers! Noises all night as can hear the floorboards from next door and people talking.

  : The Hotel is now very dated having stayed here many years ago. While I understand you get what you pay for, being clean is the absolute minimum. This was below borderline. The toilet was damaged, the toilet not been cleaned properly which I had to do, the sink was dirty, no hot water in a morning and no heating in bathroom. The tea tray in room was dirty apart from that ok. The outside lobby had no light so couldn't see when returning at dark to unlock door and the very first step leading up to the rooms is damaged and will cause injury to someone one day who has mobility issues.

  : Cheap and cheerful. For the price you cant really complain. Quite close to the centre and a decent place to rest
  : Bombarded with a list of house rules on arrival. 20 fine if you wake up the owner (which one of our group ended up doing).

  : The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Blackpool It was good value for money and we had no issues with check in or our stay
  : We were asked to complete a booking form that asked us to chose our rooms yet when we arrive these were not the allocated rooms The rooms are dated and could do with a bit of Investment to modernize them however they do offer value for money
