  : Heating in bedroom didn't work, even after asking a few times, rad was cold.Little bit tatty around the edges.For the price expected a few more touches such as tissues, glasses rather than disposable plastic cups.

  : Bedding in one room had seen better days. Bobbly and stained in places. Very Slow service in restaurant. Gluten free mess up with meal meant one of party didnt get her meal for an hour and half and others had finished. Not good at all however they knocked price of bottle of wine of the bill , but the meal wasnt as relaxing as hoped.

  : Not a thing ! Staff are rude when you can find them , it is all in need of a good clean , the food is basic supermarket range , fish and chips 18.95 and not edible , tried breakfast next day it was cold and had been burnt and if the sausage had even seen a pig it would be a miracle ! The bed was rock hard the rest and table were only fit for firewood , I booked a room from a picture the room was more suitable as a bargain basement hotel not 400+ your website needs to be clear as I had booked a room with a bath , we never did find it like the hairdryer and iron , and as for the amount of earwigs we had to dispatch , the staff do there best to avoid you they are rude and we heard one blatantly lie to another customer on trying to book in we stood then went away went back someone appeared then said she would be back then obviously didnt find anyplace to hide ,
  : See above , we waited 30 years to stay on island I am heartbroken with what we encountered especially the room , what did I get for that price ? Also I mentioned it was not the room I booked never saw woman again , I also mentioned every time to door banged it vould be heard and I asked her if it was the room mentioned in reviews she replied no thats at the back strangely enough no sound next day !
