  : The room was nice staff was very friendly and the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the food at the on site restaurant and to top it off the garden was beautiful perfect for a little R&R
  : The breakfast buffet could've been better but overall didn't have much impact on the overall experience and there are cafes local if you wanted to have breakfast elsewhere

  : Shower over the bath with small shower curtain bar orders had to be taken in the restaurant the carried through reception to a lounge by the customer prices were very high

  : Good location, comfortable bed, nice bar area and reasonable prices. The man on the bar after 10pm was very friendly. Food nice at breakfast. Nice, powerful shower. Fan for use in room.
  : The rooms could have been cleaner and looking quite tired, cracked tiles, funny smells, dead bird for a view for the whole 4 nights we were there. Room services hit and miss, not topping up loo roll or mills frequently, or sheets half tucked in. The lady who served us breakfast was quite arrogant, so we decided not to have any more breakfasts at the hotel and went to Gregs instead. Bar not manned properly and had to go to reception to get served, not a big deal but just annoying. Noisy on a Friday and Saturday night til 1am as near a pub with single glazed windows.

  : The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.The Amore restaurant was excellent and very good value.The food was amazing and you could watch them as they cooked it.Service was a bit slow, but they were very busy.
  : We arrived 30 mins early and were told our rooms were ready. We booked Superior rooms as one of the rooms was a ruby anniversary gift to our friends.We were allocated rooms 7 & and 8. We had room 7. The bed had been made but still had dirty towels, a full bin in the bathroom, and obviously hadn't been vacuumed. The shower in the unit didn't work, but the one over the bath did, although it was difficult to get a good temperature.The housekeeper was still in the hall, so we thought the room would be done when we came back later, but that wasn't the case.When I called, they apologised and came up with new towels, emptied the bins, and topped up refreshments but didn't vacuume.Our friends had Room 8 Their room was made up, but one of the curtains was hanging off the rail, and the shower over the bath was hanging off the wall, making the room look very tacky.We booked and paid for Superior rooms to make the visit special, especially for our friends, but the only thing Superior was the size of the rooms.All in all, this was a very disappointing experience for all four of us.
