: Everything was great, the food was sensational for an all inclusive! The vibes and atmosphere was great, the pools were lovely. The staff are what make this hotel. They cant seem to do enough for you, anything to make you happy. The bar staff would remember our exact order after day 2, the poolside staff too, the best thing was the personal assistants over WhatsApp 24/7, they really made sure any need of ours was met quickly and efficiently. Especially Dumitru and Nigar, you guys took such good care of us, so thank you!
: The hotel needs slight renovation to modernise, the sockets should be universal to adapt to all power plugs by now like in Dubai, but we still needed adapters here. Also the Air Conditioning around the hotel public areas was like non-existent so it because very hard to relax and chill in public areas. I did complain a few times but nothing was done about it.

: The room had high quality finishes, good sound isolation, comfortable mattresses and a wide selection of pillows. The food was far above average with good variety. Staff was extremely well trained and polite - not typical for all inclusive hotels of this size. Wide variety of sports activities from yoga to boxing, and a great volleyball pitch. Felt very welcomed at all times, every single issue I brought up was resolved promptly. Staff spoke good English on average, which is usually not the case in comparable destinations.
: Slight noise pollution - no place to quietly read a book by the pool. The music plays until midnight - can be annoying if you want to leave your balcony door open. The rooms are slightly dated, and so is the AC - causes a background noise that can get annoying. Had extremely unpleasant massage experience - masseuse appeared clueless for a "sports massage", tore out body hair causing several infection. The local shops for things like chapstick, sunscreen etc are an extortion - they charge like a 500% markup on basic items.

: We are repeated guests to this place. The hotel is situated near very nice beach and has a big territory. The food is great and there are different activities for all ages and tastes. The staff is trying to do their jobs well, each guest is accompanied by a client manager that is trying to answer to all the needs of the guests. We were helped by Aliia and Elena who did exceptional job and walked an extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable.
: The hotel is overpriced. The management of the hotel is not professional and is not empowering their teams. The reception staff refused my request on arrival to freeze the full amount that was due to be paid on my card and allow me to pay on Monday (2 days later) with another card to benefit from more favorable exchange rate, saying that this is the standard hotel policy and they can not do anything about it. More over, I did not book directly with the hotel and booked via booking.com and therefore I have to pay on arrival as demanded by booking.com (very strange statement). The hotel pricing policy is weird as the rate they offered me as Accor Platinum member was 1.5k euros more for 8 nights. The duty manager who came to help with the issue was not at all friendly, did not introduce himself, started to talk to reception staff first and not to us. Later on the client managers did their best to smoothen the extremely bad experience we had during check in and after several iterations were allowed by the senior management to compensate us the exchange rate losses with 2 free massages. The music was on until midnight every day and was quite loud.
