  : The staff of Paloma Hotel was friendly and helpful, lovely housekeeping ladies, however the rooms do need renovation, the air in the rooms is not very good, it smells like mould, or damp or some old staff, the first minute we walked into our room we could feel the air was heavy to breathe, so we asked for another one, unfortunately everywhere same story. Kettles in the rooms are terrible, probably from 1980s, I tried to make tea but it smelt like plastic, plastic cups as well, they soak in 3 minutes, air con very old, well used shower - old and falling apart, sofa absolutely old, looks like it there from the museum, so not sure if their rooms match with their 5-star hotel.
  : the music outside is banging till 1am, and this is a family hotel, most came with young children. We couldnt fall asleep till 1am every single night, the music was way too loud as if this is a music festival, not much relaxation when you are tired and when you come from outside the air in the room is terrible so we didnt feel comfortable at all
