Stunning 2-Bed Sea View Apartment in Barmouth

  : A bit small for our group size (5). Owners had warned us, so we knew what to expect though.

  : The entrance vestibule was like a slum. Constant loud hum of air humidifier which could not be switched off. Very cramped, have to sidle past bed to get to second bathroom. Dried blood on duvet found when stripped. Bright light from disgusting rear courtyard shining into bedroom all night.

  : It was cosy, so close to the town with perfect views. You can park the car up and leave it. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay in Barmouth. I will definitely be back.
  : Parking could be an issue in busier times. Also the neighbours above are very noisy, you could hear them running about in the apartment.

  : Great location. The living room/kitchen was lovely and well equipped.
  : Lack of communication of where the property was the start. We have been to Barmouth lots of times so we werent expecting to spend so long looking for the property. It advertises that there's parking, there is not!!! When we got there we were told there maybe parking outside if not we can pay to park across the road to what was the old church hall, the gentleman there was lovely, the person that owns this flat said she would compensate if we had to pay this but yet to receive any communication about that. The apartment was advertised as 'stunning' but it looks awful from the outside. The shared door way and stairway is awful, and the neighbours that live upstairs let their dogs just run down the stairs with no authority, barking at you when your trying to get into the apartment. The apartment itself is decorated well, the living space/kitchen is lovely. You cannot sleep well in the main bedroom due to the constant light out the window due to the courtyard behind that has a security light on 24/7 and also there's a constant noise of a filter pumping air in to the apartment, we were not sure why that was happening! I don't want to be horrible to the owners but if you had bothered to contact us at all while we were there, that would have gone a long way. My picture is the light into our room at midnight
