  : The Sandpiper was obviously a work in progress when we stayed, but this didn't at all detract from the pleasure of our stay. Good location and very comfortable.

  : The location was very good with a nice sea view from my window.Its a budget property and the room was basic but acceptable for the price paid.
  : When I was greeted there were bare floorboards and plaster in the hallway. Didnt affect my stay in the slightest as it wasnt in my room, but I thought it might have been a courtesy to have been notified before my stay that renovations were being done.The property does not offer breakfast and there was a sign in my room stating that no food can be brought back to my room and if there were any food odours there would be a 250 cleaning charge. Obviously I would expect it is a given that I would respect my room, but 250 to use a bit of air freshener does seem a bit excessive.I just think that if they do not provide breakfast, even at extra charge its a bit unreasonable to say that you cant eat in the room.Didnt really see the staff. I was given my room key at the front door in arrival and not even shown to my room. Never saw them again.
