  : Great location. Easy to find. Parking spot available for each room.
  : Room was extremely cramped. Barely enough room to stand in the bathroom without hitting the sink, toilet, or shower (or all 3 at the same time). No room for luggage with more than 1 person in each room.

  : It was away from everything but still close. We were there in the late fall, so we could not take advantage of mini golf or bus pick up that were close by.
  : I missed the mini frig and coffee maker.

  : The room was brand new reconstruction but they had none of the basics needs ~other that the bed~ , NO TALBES CHAIRS, NIGHTSTANDS, HOOKS TO HANG CLOTHES ON ~NO CLOSET THE TV NEVER WORKED WE STAYED THERE 2 NIGHTS AND NEVER GOT RECEPTION ~ THe Desk Clerk did everything she could the first night but never got us connected, then we came back after sight seeing all day and still had no TV working. I demanded the manager come and she could not get anything to work but I told her to look around at how we had to put our clothes on the floor and had no chairs or tables in the room. The towels were to small as well.
  : EVERYTHING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER and the PRICE WE PAID was way too high considering all the basic amenities which were not provided but their pictures of the room on the website were misleading.

  : The fact they had a room was a plus. Most other places were booked.
  : The front desk staff was barely pleasant. Not enough of towels, everything was super old and barely maintained, and the shower head was dripping so badly it disturbed my sleep with the sound. I think the only reason they are in business is the destination

  : I had a newly renovated room! I am glad I had that experience. I was told the older part of the motel is less desirable. Check out time is 10, wish it was a bit later. Otherwise overall stay was fine.
  : Bathroom had a dispenser for soap, shampoo etc. which was not labeled. I had no idea what I was using. Also no soap at sink for handwashing.

  : Nothing! This property is beyond terrible. There was a horrendous moldy smell mixed with a heavy perfume cover-up. It is nasty broken down strip motel that should be condemned. The walls, ceiling, windows, flooring and furnishings were dirty, broken down and overall gross. Bed sagged in the middle. Blankets and towels ragged and worn out. Carpet and flooring was dirty that I didnt dare take off my shoes. Front door lock was not loose and could have easily been broken into. No hot water in bathroom. There was a huge gap under the door which allowed cold air to pour into the room. There was a small dirty and cracked electric heater-probably fire hazard! Very unsafe! I did not like anything! I later discovered that the price of this horrible place was also not a bargain compared to other nicer properties in the area.
  : Everything was terrible! The online photos and description were very misleading and did not correctly describe the condition of this property. It made me very disgusted knowing that I had booked at this property and paid a fairly high price for this property compared to the numerous motels and lodging in the area. Had I know how awful this property was I would have NEVER ever booked there. It basically ruined my vacation in an otherwise beautiful area near Acadia National Park.
