  : Comfortable bed in a small clean room.
  : Breakfast in a bag must be requested in advance : I asked for items for each guest but ended up with one yogurt and one frozen omelette. We had to split the cup of yogurt and the one frozen omelette !

  : The rooms were minuscule for 2 people. Cold breakfast but could not warm up because NO microwave. No shower curtain and had to ask twice. Ended up hanging it ourselves.

  : The room was extremely clean. We love the feeling of being on the ground level and being able to sit out at night. There was two comfortable wooden chairs outside each room. Every night there was a bonfire lite with plenty of chairs. The pool was open clean and heated. 83 degrees when we were there. Awesome later at night. Like being in a bath. Hotel staff so friendly. The continental breakfast was such a great idea. Order at night and all bagged up and ready at 8am next morning. Many choices to choose from. Location was great 10 minutes to Downtown Bar Harbor. Tom the property maintenance was so knowledgeable about the area and where to go to get great food and where locals go. Bed very comfortable. Looked like new comforter and curtains.
  : Like all New England hotels that don’t cost an arm and a leg the rooms are small. We honestly did not mind. Our hotel in Hampton Beach was even smaller. Shower is small with no tub if that is something you want. There was plenty of room for us and believe me I am not a light packer. Rooms allow for some noise but the hotel is a ways from the road and very quite at night. Didn’t have any trouble falling asleep. Honestly there was nothing about the property we didn’t like.
