  : Room wasnt clean (food crumbs on the floor, dirty wine glasses), there was only one roll of toilet paper for our three day stay, light fixture didnt work, had to call reception multiple times for someone to finally answer, we didnt have water supply for 5-6 hours on our last day, wifi wasnt working occasionaly, had to check in twice (on two different locations), there wasnt parking available always as advertised and acces to pool wasnt free of charge as advertised.

  : The room was clean, the staff very kind and helpful.
  : The room is rented out as an apartment, but actually it is a studio. The studio looks the same as in the pictures, but the space is very small. In the offer there are a lot of pictures of the pool and the spa, but the spa services are not included. We only received one voucher for one day. When we asked the second spa voucher , because we have booked for two days, we were told that spa services are not included, that we only received one voucher as a gift.

  : I liked the souna, it was quite comfortable. I also liked the view from the outdoor pool.
  : I didn't like that it was not clearly stated that I was renting a private apartment from a natural person, not an apartment that was part od the Milmari resort. Apartment was on the third floor, with no elevator so we had to carry our luggage. We had difficulties locking the front door of an apartment. The bed was quite uncomfortable. When it comes to the Milmari hotel, where we used the spa, the indoor pool was quite crowded. Two out of four sounas did not work, so we had to wait in line for the souna. The hotel restaurant did not have all the food from the menu (no pizza or anything prepared with dough). The service was poor since it was "crowded" and they did not have enought staff. Generally, hotel staff was not polite enough to the customers. We couldn't get the massage, that service was not available. The view from the apartment was not satisfactory, since the whole place looks like a construction site.
