  : The apartment itself was very modern, clean and had a beautiful view from a balcony.The host was very responsive and resolved queries incredibly promptly. He provided clear, detailed instructions for arrival.All staff we interacted with were friendly.
  : The SPA offer was not as advertised - this was due to it being 'off-season'. However, this was not clearly communicated prior to booking, or prior to or on arrival. Ensure to check the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage and cafe options before booking as these facilities do exist but may not be available depending when you stay.The apartment is in one block however the whole complex is huge and it's not quite clear how it is all connected.

  : Some amenities presented are false. You have to pay 2,000 dinars per person for the rooftop pool, which wasn't specified anywhere on the page. The pictures do not give a clear presentation of the view you are seeing from the balcony. There wasn't a way in which I could check that, as different rooms offered by the host have same/similar pictures and there isn't an easy way to understand where exactly they are placing you. Nice location, tidy room, great host, but dishonest presentation of the view and amenities.
