: The check-in was pretty smooth, besides the fact that we arrived only 2 hours after making the reservation. The apartment is part of a bigger complex/resort and you can use all the resort facilities (pool, spa, restaurant...) with additional charge. The receptionist explained everything thoroughly.There is a restaurant right in front of the building, as well as a supermarket. The apartment was new, well maintained and clean (except for a few blond hairs in the bathroom when we arrived, which we quickly disregarded). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, a stove, cutlery etc.
: You can not be sure if a free parking slot will be available in front of or anywhere near by the building. However, the receptionist recommended that we use a paid parking garage near by, if free parking slots are not available.They also do not accept credit/debit cards for payment, you have to pay in cash.

: The apartment itself is fine, everything is in pretty good condition. Ana is very helpful, even though we didnt get to see her, as she is not there, you get the key in the hotel, and she was always in touch. There are a couple of things I would like to mention here. Nothing here is the fault of the host, these are just the things I would have wanted to know before coming. First of all, I didnt notice in the ad that there is an additional fee for cleaning, so for those who are like me, warning you here. Second is the air conditioning that was there in the description but I failed to find it in the apartment. However, it is hardly necessary there, as it is usually quite cool. Then, the swimming pool and spa are not included, youll have to pay about 15 euros per person and you cant leave it and come back. That was mentioned in the description, so again just warning one more time. It was also kinda hard to find the apartment, as Milmari includes villa, hotel and apartments... and they are not really in the same place. Besides, it is located not exactly in Kopaonik, so every time you go to Kopaonik or through it you will have to pay the entrance to the national park (300 dinars a day).
