  : The lack of safe parking spaces. Although they said that from next year (2023), each apartment will have a free parking space in the garage.Be very careful where you park your car.

  : The specifications given for the property's facilities are NOT real!!! The description mentions the indoor pool, which is not real!! The reception sends you to a SPA CENTER (for a fee), which we did not want. We wanted to enjoy the swimming pool (the one at the hotel, where it says it has).

  : Spa. Everybody going in sauna in swimming pants with out towels. If you want take towel with you they will charge you for that. In resting room guests screaming.

  : The host was very kind. Communication went easily and well. We received clear instructions. The apartment is spacious, functional and spotlessly clean. It has all the amenities you'll need for a short stay. Wifi is good enough even for professional use. Heating was working perfectly. The spa is 2 floors beneath, easily accessible via nearby elevator. Grocery shop and couple of restaurants are just across the street. Apartment is just 10 minutes away from the Kopaonik centre and just couple of minutes to the nearest ski lift (by car). Use of taxi is highly recommended as parking prices are high. Save yourself of driving, taxi is much better solution then using your own vehicle.
  : Parking spots are not finished yet, tarmac is missing, if you are using car, count on muddy shoes. Considering the fact that apartment building is almost brand new, I believe that this will be fixed in near future. Major complain is going to SPA - smoking is allowed in front of SPA reception's desk, meaning that you can smell cigarette smoke in the swimming pool area. I'm not sure is this allowed by the local regulations but it's certainly inappropriate.

  : The facilities mentioned in the description are not real, the indoor pool exists, but it is not in operation and it sends you to a SPA center FOR COST OF COURSE!! The TV in the bedroom does not work!!
