  : Nice and spacious and mostly very clean, having a table to sit at for dinner. 2 bathrooms helped but the ensuite could be bigger as wasted space with a cupboard behind it that isn't required. Netflix was a nice addition if you don't have it.
  : No cooking facilities as the oven and hob weren't working, extraction fans in both bathroom's were very dirty. Flushing the toilet in the ensuite made a loud noise so couldn't be used during the night. Mirror doors were off the runners and there was a mess under the sofa as if the floor had been swept and all the mess put under it. Toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly. Being on the 3 floor didn't help as 1 of our party was disabled and had to call to get the code for the key safe and wi-fi. Good value if the issues weren't there which should be easily taken care off.

  : Fabulous location and superb apartment in Ayr.Loved the fact you could walk very easily from train station. Public areas such as outside the property and also shared hallways very well maintained and nice to come home to.
