: The B&B is extremely conveniently located at walking distance from Ayr Bus Station (the easiest way to reach this town, now that the train station is disrupted) and from the seaside. The comfort of the bedding was a pleasant surprise: those mattress and pillows ensured many nights of excellent sleep. Cleanliness at top level, shower and toilet with very nice complimentary products. Delicious breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff.
: The only point that presents room for improvement is the WiFi: not super reliable at times.

: The service from Julie was amazing and she made us feel right at home. The room was lovely and warm, we even had a small tv (a bonus as a backpacker). The room was clean and the complimentary hot drinks were tasty.

: Nice room, nice coffee facilities, fridge, microwave, furniture, furnishings etc.
: I was cold in the middle of the night on the second night. There was no where to turn the radiator up, which was off till 7am and my message about this wasn't seen till I checked out. There was no additional blanket to add to the bed.
