  : Location as it was close to a venue that we attended for a wedding.
  : Photographs pictured on here were nothing like the room we got. Room was old fashioned with furniture about to fall over Chester drawers on unstable legs. Bed was very low to the floor and the room was not clean. Smelled funny. Bathroom towel rail was not clean then they put clean towels on it?? Bathroom door was splashed with toothpaste from another guest as well as their hair. Shower did not work properly, hot then freezing cold and the grout in the tiles were all black. Sink was cracked and tiles on bathroom floor were uneven and cracked too ready to cut your foot on! We were really disappointed with this hotel. They should be advertising all types of rooms and not just the rooms they have renovated. Spoke to hotel staff in the morning to complain and request a refund. They were helpful and I sent photos to them of the room. Unfortunately we only got 50% of refund a few days later. We said this was not discussed and we had to chase up the other 50%. Finally we got a full refund. I think £145 for the room for one night was outrageous considering the state of the room. I don’t have standards like that at home and I do not expect standards like that when I pay for a hotel. Very disappointing.

  : Beautiful hotel, big comfy beds, easy check in process and a good variety of continental options for breakfast. Staff were chatty and friendly and I would likely stay again
  : No water in the room for a shower, was told I could shower at the pool but didn’t feel comfortable enough to do so. Unfortunately we were only there the one night for a wedding so nothing could be done. Paying £105 for one night id prefer water for a shower or at least wash my face

  : We loved the size of our suite, the extremely comfortable bed. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.
  : Our suite was very dark, the sitting area had to have a light on all the time. It was also next to the staff area. (Language was choice) bathroom bin had not been emptied when we arrived. Shower pressure poor. Jacuzzi bath didn’t work. All in all didn’t live up to its 4 stars.

  : Overhead shower head fine but bath showerhead disabled. Water slow to drain away. Couldn't get constant hot water as it kept stopping. Obvious Issues with plumbing!
