  : We had booked this hotel because of the many good reviews and liked the concept of unmaned hotels, as it can certainly save many resources. However, when we arrived there were no towels in the room, so we called the hotline thinking that everything was now settled. In the evening then the next shock - the lock of the room was in such a bad condition that it opened again and again and the hotel room could not be locked. After a very restless night, we called customer service, who sent someone from the property management, because we had booked another night. While we were in the room he merely "fixed" the lock with glue. Again, we thought everything was fine until when we tried to get out of the hotel room, we found that we were now locked in because the lock would not open. So we had to call customer service again and ask to get us out of the hotel room. After this mess we didn't want to stay another night and we were promised that we would get both nights replaced as compensation. After multiple requests and several phone calls, no one wanted to know anymore that we had been promised this and after a long stalling, we were only promised the reimbursement of one night (in which we had not slept there anyway). Therefore, we have turned a booking.com, because we are convinced that this is also in view of the many necessary expensive phone calls with customer service not okay and anything but fair. So if you want to spend a relaxing vacation book somewhere else.

  : Parking was handy seeing as it was close to the centre, clean & stylish.
  : Shame its a no person place, hopefully it will get the restaurant & bar back up and running as the place is soulless otherwise which is such a pity.

  : Nice spacious renovated rooms with high ceilings and modern finishes.
  : Location was a little hard to find and drop off area for luggage was less than convenient.

  : Close to Town centre which was a good job as when booked room there was no mention of the restaurant and bar being closed so no breakfast available on site either.
  : Room was tired looking and not the cleanest. Toilet seat lid underside was soiled. As mentioned not informed the facilities were closed until received a call from the new owners. As booked under Booking.com if cancelled would have lost 100. Poor information prior to booking.
