  : The only thing I appreciated was that the door had a lock, but even at that, we still didn't feel safe.
  : Everything! The staff member on the night shift shows no courtesy. I was not greeted, and when I came back to ask for another room, he wouldn't even acknowledge me or apologize for the inconvenience. The first room I was given was in the back of the building where a group of men were hanging out playing loud music smoking weed. We came into Austin for a school event, and my daughter and I didn't feel safe at all. The room had made beds, that was ok, but the restroom had pubic hairs all over, and what look like cigarettes burn marks all over the edge. When I reached the phone to call the front desk, I couldn't get the dial tone, but later realized there was no cord attached. It was a prop! Went to ask for a room in the front of the building, and the second room reeked of Marijuana too. The hair dryer and fridge didn't work. There was an additional door going to another room that made us feel unsafe, especially since there was already a chair against the door when we got there. People are always sitting outside or walking back and forth through the hallways. This completely ruined our trip as we didn't sleep comfortably feeling unsafe. Never again! Please read the ratings. Apparently, this place is known for drug deal transactions taking place there. I don't doubt it at all!! It's not a place for women to stay at. Please pay the extra money for your safety.

  : Nothing everything was disgusting the people were horrible even the owner/operator let one of his employees yell and cuss at me. My room didn't have any light bulbs in it I had to go to the front desk to get light bulbs they tried to charge me $15 extra for refrigerator did they try to charge me extra for a microwave I heard people talk in the early in the morning out by my car so I open the the window or the curtain and looked out there well I was in my tank top and a bikini bottom and then the security guard going to come run over there banging on the door remind you he was wearing a black T-shirt and some shorts nothing said security nothing said anything about Baymont or anything on there and I'm going to start yelling and screaming at me and then the owner was right there with him well at least he said he was downer operator I don't know who he was or while they were around my car at 2:00 in the morning
  : I feel like I was discriminated against because I'm transgender because the next day I was going to stay again just because I needed to be in that location and I didn't want to move all my things and they told me that I was on the do not rent list and I was like for what for telling the security guard not to to get loud with me not to be rude to me I'm on the do not rent list this is disgusting I know why y'all put me all the do not ring this cuz I'm transgender and you are discriminating against me That's exactly what happened and the lady was just shaking her head that's all she could do was just shake her head

  : I slept well, but There was a homeless man out in the hallway all night and morning until another guests complained to management. The Whole place needs to be repainted and repaired!!! It's ugly and gross.
