  : The location was convenient and rooms were spacious.
  : The WiFi was hardly working during the 4 nights I stayed there, and was completely down on the last night so I have checked out a night before the end of my stay due to the inconvenience as I needed the wifi for work . The Manager of the property offered a refund for the my last night and slight deduction for the remaining nights , however she never actually processed the refund . She claimed that the refund will be processed by booking .com since I made the booking through them , and now it’s been over a month since booking .com repeatedly contacted them and she’s not replying to their email or calls to confirm the refund . I personally had called the hotel many times to ask them to confirm the refund with booking .con and they say yes we will inform the manager but still no action or response from their management. It’s so disappointing when a business is misleading like that. The inconvenience that I had to go through through out my stay there was more than enough , I’ve asked before checking out a night earlier if this will be refunded , and they assured me that it will be since it’s due to the wifi outage. I’ve reached out since then many times to them but no response .

  : Good location, great size room with most things that were needed. Shower was great
  : Very unmodernized, and could hear other rooms throughout the night.

  : The room had a moldy smell or something . Couldn’t tell if it was a/c or carpet smell. The room had sink next to the bed instead of the sink being in the bathroom . This was not shown in the room picture or mentioned anywhere in the reservation . The fire alarm went off on our floor. The front desk did not know until we informed them . The fire department was called probably after 15 mins and we were not told if it was safe to go back . We had to wait and wait and had to ask at the front desk and the lady said yes you can go to your room now. Very bad service.

  : The location was very close to downtown, which was good! The rooms were comfortable as well
  : There was no set microwave in the room, and we had to pay $10 per day to use it. Adding a microwave into the room would be good for future use. Additionally, the breakfast options were severely lacking.
