  : The location was great.
  : Self-service breakfast was average. Many items missing the first morning. The presentation of the breakfast was poor for this type of property. We had an evening meal and had to wait an hour for our meal. The restaurant was not busy. I think the hotel was quite seriously understaffed. The room was good but the 2 single beds were not particularly comfortable.

  : The place was quaint and beautifully done. Close to the bus stop which had good connectivity to all key placesConnor was extremely helpful and tried to sort out our issues as much as possible.
  : We reached at 10.pm and took us 20 min to figure out where to collect the keys from as there was no clear communication as to where to go to get the keys..the hotel doesn't have a proper reception and the staff where reluctant to even show us where the room actually was. It was late at night and we had to cross over the road to get our building.The second night, we were locked out because the keys to our room got jammed .the staff was very helpful but they couldn't find a locksmith so late at night and we were given two different rooms( it was Holiday planned with 2 other friends) The next day when we contacted for some compensation..the hotel management never offered us any kind of compensation for all the troubles we went thru both the nights.according to them it was " maintenance issue" so who is to blame for that?? Certainly not us as customers!! Very disappointing response from the management.
