  : The staff was friendly and the food was good
  : I didnt like it because the pictures do not match the hotel also the price its ok but for the same money you can go to Luxus hotels . Also when we arrived the sheets where cover with white stuff the river is not a river but canal the river sleeps and it ends in the swimming side witch cause the water to get dirty beside that the beach is really small the hole hotel needs a rework. The main problem is the catfishing . The post everything nice but its not but they do take the same money and its not refundable you can get same conditions for half prices there also the Staff knows all about this so they give other rooms with better view and but you to sign a paper that you dont have any complains with the hotel . A very big problem is that the water on shower is or hot or very cold so you cant enjoy the showers and they do not offer laundry services that mean you have to was you clothes in other sides or take it back with you dirty

  : The rooms were very small. There was only 1 tiny wardrobe and no drawers to store clothes and toiletries. Our first day there was no cold water , we couldnt shower without scalding ourselves. The shower had no door so the bathroom was always flooded with water. There was no mirror over the table so I could do my hair , I had to sit right by the door where there was a mirror so I could dry and straighten my hair . There was a mirror in the bathroom but I didnt fancy putting electrical things in the sink. There were cats wailing outside the rooms at night and although sweet little things it hardly makes for a good nights sleep. The hotel loungers on the beach were uncomfortable and on top of one another ( thats if you could get one ) and only 8 loungers by the pool which was the size of a bath ! This is not a boutique hotel , the rooms are not nice and the facilities poor.
