  : We really enjoy our stay. We will come back for sure. The hotel Location its perfect everything near, the shuttle for the beach on time everyday the gentleman so nice and helpful.i like how the room is big as well the balcony everything was clean and nice. The food was tasty but not a-lot of variety but we love it. iam amazed with the restaurant staff everyone were fabulous , taking care about everything so quick and organised, working hard and try to pleased everyone well done guys.   : the bed small for me ,iam 1.75m but small even not comfortable, i didn't like how when you stay one week they dont hoover the room when they refresh it especially the hotel near the beach, as well when they refresh the room they dont change the towel after 3 day i asked. i use the cup in the room for my medicine and i get surprised that they dont change the cup they just wash it in the toilet sink. my partner just give feedback about this to the Receptionist the male on the checkout he didn't say anything at all or ask how was our stay we really enjoyed and we was waiting to give our feedback but seems he didnt care, he seems bored,he doesn't even smile to the guests. The parasol on the beach so old and doesn't look nice even for pictures.

  : Could have a better variety of food. Or imrove quality of existing dishes (fish often too oily), while on other hand nice choice of vegies/salads

  : The restaurant staff is not very friendly. They are more interested in conversations between themselves and their mobile phones. The barman shocked me. He doesn't know what politeness is.

  : Hotel was located in main market with shop all aroundRoom was very big, clean with 2 balconies.
  : The room had AC but no quilt or comforter. Only a cotton sheet was there and nothing provided even after request. My husband caught a bad cold and was ill for 3 days becoz of it. I have travelled to many countries and never ever seen this.Staff is very grumpy. When we told we are vegetarians and as most of the food had meat in it we requested for something to eat, a small portion and one dish only.The first day they did make pizza but looked so annoyed that next day we didn't even ask and just managed with salad.When we reached we asked the receptionist where to park our car but he kept on asking just for our passports and only after repeatedly asking that he directed us where to park our car. Very unhelpful staff.Most of the staff does not understand English.It is an all inclusive hotel but as we are teetotalers and vegetarians it was of no use to us.Also whatever little we ate we found the food very oily and very very average.Also staff is very indifferent to guest needs as if they didn't care. All other hotels in Turkey we found the staff to be very friendly and smiling even if sometimes language was a barrier The hotel also provides a shuttle to the beach which is shared by its other sister properties.The beach was overcrowded and filled with sunbeds. Again not to our liking

  : Good selection of food on buffets, food served pretty much all day. Fair selection at all inclusive bar including basic cocktails Comfortable bed and good air conditioning in room.Lovely bathroom and shower
  : Only enough sunbeds for less than half of the guestsAfter approximately 2pm, there is no sun at the pool at all Reception staff not knowledgeable about local area (could not tell us where to find a market, or where the bus stop was) Restaurant and pool bar very, very warm in the evening.
