  : We had a pleasant stay! The room was clean and the stuff was polite.
  : The food wasn't that great! There was no proper meat and the chicken was tasteless. It is a place for family and children, definitely not for a couple.

  : Absolutely tasteless food!!! Poor variety of food in general and especially poor choice of fruits. Very poor breakfast with no egg station. Are you really 4 star hotel??? Staff at the bar was mocking tourist who were at least twice of their age for the fact they were drinking spirits. Seriously? It was so disgusting. Staff must be given a proper training!!! We stayed at the end of October and expected pool water to be heated, but it was freezing cold.

  : The wi fi signal is disconnected every single half hour and you need to connect back - because of the VPN of the hotel - could be very annoying if you are working for exampleEven if everyone speaks enough English to have a simple conversation, the main language spoken is Russian, because plenty of Russian tourists are here. For example if someone explains some rules for a pool game, all the instructions will be in Russian and a quick resume will be in English. But the staff is helpful and if you ask them again, perhaps they will answer.

  : the pools were clean, kids loved the kids pool. the lady making Turkish pan cake was so sweet.
  : I didnt like that our room suite had only one AC, and it was in the bed room, so if we turned it off the living area where the kids bed were will get too hot, and if it was on all the time then the bed room was too cold to sleep in. The young man at the reception when we checked in was very rude and disrespectful. I tried to ask for help help but he was so rude and disrespectful that it ruined my whole evening.

  : We got a family room at 6th floor which was the top floor. Our children loved the Aquapark, they open it for 5 hours everyday. Just next to the water park there is a nice snack bar where they serve nice snacks buffet for 5 hours, so whilst children play in the water, parents can enjoy the snacks. The lady at the snack bar makes lovely fresh Aloo paratha ( potato bread). We loved our stay, this hotel is suitable for the families with young children. Their food was good but they should add a bit more of a variety.I would love to mention that this hotel put loads of effort to make the beach stay comfortable, we loved the flamingos decorations and the swing. They have a beach bar where they serve freshly made potato and cheese stuffed bread.The Animation team try their best to make the little guests happy.
  : That strong constant stench coming out of the bathroom was horrible, it was hard to stay in the bathroom because of the sewer smell, even after the cleaner's visit, the bathroom smells unbearable. Wifi was very slow or I could say WIFI didn't work. There was no teabags to make a cup of tea according to your taste. There were diluted syrup type drinks on the name of the juices. The coffee from the coffee dispenser tasted bad. They put all rotten and old fruits at the restaurant at the food buffet times because of that ,our child got food poisoning. They shouldn't serve the leftovers again and again for the safety of their guests' health. Still we loved our stay.

  : Slides park and silent pool was excellant. Food was delicious and many different kind of meal was served.
  : In non smoking area guests broke the role and smoke. Guests didn't respect roles. Ourcsuncream was stolen by someone!

  : The hotel consists of different buildings. I stayed in the main, new one. The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff did a great job! As well as the animators entertaining the crowd with various shows and dances every night. (Don't forget earplugs if you go to bed early). The kids club was also great: many activities and games, and very friendly staff! The food in the restaurant was very delicious: many vegetables, olives, cheeses and various meats. I think everyone could find something which they like!
  : - The way to the beach was difficult if you had little children. The pavements were under construction, so we had to walk on the bicycle path where cyclists and electric scooters went full speed. - Sometimes a pack of stray dogs were running on the beach. - I wish there could be a bigger choice of fruits in the hotel's restaurant. In the supermarket next door, apricots, plums, cherries could be found at low prices. - The mattress was hard, not comfy.

  : The food wasn't so rich....a lot of salads but not so much meat...plus no cocktails just vodka,gin,wine and fizzy drinks from the tap machine....i'm dissapointed about the drinks...
