  : The hotels location is perfect, just by the sea. It has a not too big but beautiful and nicely kept garden with many banana trees and other trees and plans. The food is tasty and nicely presented. Most of the dishes repeat themselves but it is not a problem as there is a big variety. One night, we had a Turkish dinner in the restaurant. It was very delicious. Maybe, you could think of more vegetarian options for vegetarian people. Also, it would be a great help if you could mark the vegetarian dishes and what allergen ingredients there are in each dish. The animation team was good. Alperen and his colleagues did lots of different activities for and with the guests to make our stay more enjoyable. We particularly liked the water gym every morning, as well as the beach volleyball and the water polo. We celebrated a few birthdays during our stay. These celebrations were nice and memorable, thanks to Muhammeds and Musas kind help. The hotel staff at the reception, especially Fatihhan and lker, were very helpful. They tried their best to help with our requests.
  : The beach is a nice, pebbled beach though the shore becomes deep very fast. During our 1-week stay, the sea had big and strong waves. It was difficult to go into the water. It is not suitable for elderly people, families with small kids, and people who cannot swim. For young people, it was fun to ride on the waves. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and set to 20 degrees C. At night after a few hours, it was very cold in the room. But if we switched it off, the room became too hot. The hotel should change the system so that guest can set the temperature as per their preference. Some of the employees in the hotel were not too nice. We could sense that they were not happy. Fruit juices were watery and sweet. There were not too many cocktails and mocktails to choose from and they were too sweet and not tasty.

  : +In short: Great stay for value & we might do it again in same place. We paid around 180 /night with booking much in advance. Definitely a place to choose when you want to have a relaxing stay for family vacation with little children. Not a location for single or party people. Advise: Please think of tipping some of the staff +Beach directly at hotel (as described on booking.com), water temperature end of August was 30C +Middle sized club, estimated 200-300 guests, mostly families with young children. No party or single crowd +Club was secured by security, very safe atmosphere +Large variated buffet, staff is helpful with little children in restaurant. Some typical Turkish dished they made were very tasty: Bulgur rice, kfte, turkey filets, kitty pancakes etc. +Rooms are modern, WiFi was reliable during stay +Garden between buildings & towards beach is nicely cared for & gives nice shadow during hot summer days (helpful when you walk your baby in a buggy to sleep). Also nice to just sit there & relax +House keeping & water recharge came reliably daily to rooms +Staff in general is friendly especially to little children which our toddler enjoyed a lot
  : -In short: It was great & we found only minor points of improvements -Buffet: Some popular spots like barbeque are overrun by guests especially during dinner. It would be better to have additional capacity to avoid long queues & disappointment by guests. Some guests are just piling/plundering all what was cooked and don't care about people behind them in line. You can avoid it by being first at dinner -Drinks: When ordering Soda, it could happen that you got just Cola even when ordering diet version. It seems that when diet version was empty you just got regular Cola & told it's zero. Not a huge point, but I don't like it & easy to avoid by being better organized. Just a bigger station (with same staff) to serve drinks would do the job -WiFi: Did not work several times when we were at beach. Signal reception at beach was not always very stable. Could be solved often by marching back to building - All buildings have lifts but to reach lowest level of lift (not in main buildings), you have to walk up stairs. Not convenient when you have buggy & baby to carry. This was not clear in hotel description. Better to book ground floor to be sure -Path ways are cleaned daily. However, some path ways with smooth surface can become slippery with some water on it. Either the surface should be less smooth or fluids on these surfaces have to be removed immediately -Mini disco & animation for kids is great but was too late scheduled for our toddler (starting 9pm). And in general a bit too loud. For little children the sound should be adjusted to a lower volume -During eating times, you have to wait long for a free lift for your buggy & toddler to descend one level. A lot of guests seem to avoid taking stairs -First aid post: Good that it's there, but they don't really have much to help you. There is a doctor nearby which can be called when needed

  : Stay made August-September 2023. The rooms were spacious and clean. Cleaning is done every day. The meals are varied. There is something for everyone, made with fresh food. The servers are very friendly and very active. The dining areas are continuously cleaned. I took the trouble to notice everything. The pools are always clean. The beach is located in a nice cove. The sea was beautiful. For entertainment, there is also something for everyone: Aqua gym, water polo, bingo, concerts, shows and so on. I will come back to it with pleasure.....
