  : The room was nice. Carpet was beat. Bathroom very impressive and beds are comfortable. All in all a nice room.
  : There is a large hidden charge that is not on the reservation process nor in the policies. While it is understandable that a fee may be due for any charged directly to the customer for damage or missing items, it does not say how much and what that process is. Other hotel chains generally charge this way but only $25-$20 and some just include it in the agreement that any damage will be charged to the card on file. HOWEVER, surprise, when we checked in we had another $150 charged to our account for "incidentals". This results in the loss of $150 available funds on the card, which in our case put a crimp on the vacation plans. Not everyone has a bottomless pit of available funds and this one surprised us. There is nothing at all about this on your website or rates page. As of now, I am out of $150 while I wait for the hold to be released by the bank because of this. Very unhappy on the lack of transparency from a chain like Hilton.

  : The location was great for our basketball tournament- very clean and the people were really nice. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was great! Overall very nice.
  : Price- it was still way overpriced for one night. I would recommend it, but it was a lot more than I expected.
