  : The beds were very uncomfortable and bouncy, my husband and I couldn't share the bed because if we touched the edge at all we would roll off.The AC wasn't very strong and the Wi-Fi was very weak. I was upset because I have stayed at Comfort Suites before and this is supposed to be the same company, but the comfort and quality was below that of Comfort. At entrance staff couldn't let me check-in because I'm newly married so my license showed a different last name than the card I charged.He needed a different card for a safety deposit which is typically charged on the card on file which is why Iike booking online. He had to accept my non valid ID with my maiden name as it matched my card, then there was a $100 charge immediately taken instead of "hold" or "pending." It should return within a week. Refund wasn't an option. Glad we had somewhere to stay, but this hasn't been an issue all summer with any other booking.
