  : Location was good close to centre and apartment appeared to be quite modern
  : Bed had not been changed from previous guests so we had to call hotel at 11pm for someone to come and change it as there was a stain and hairs on the sheets. The next day we found nail clippings on the sink in the bathroom so looked like the apartment had not been cleaned properly at all.Mattress not very comfortable.Given the price we paid i would expect the quality to be a lot higher

  : Location. Clean. Light and airy
  : No Wi-Fi. Bedroom tv didnt work. It was advertised as having a washing machine and 2 bathrooms but didnt. Bed was ok but felt like 2 singles pushed together.

  : The fact I rang up at 3oclock on Saturday afternoon, about the milk which was left in the fridge by this business being 3 months out of date & only realising when we had made and was half way through a cup of tea , then to be told someone will be round straight away and no one turned up! Bad communication and bad customer service !!!!

  : Spacious, nice view and very clean.
  : Considering it was classified as a luxury apartment, dining chairs were showing signs of wear. Not everyone wants to use a dishwasher, so sink bowl/plug would have been appreciated, as would tissues and paper towels. Sauna area was like a building site, so we didn't use. Also, this was not the original property that we booked.

  : The apartment is in a great location, you can be on the sea front in a 2 minute walk, it was very clean and the living room was cosy and comfy
  : One of the reasons we booked this over cheaper options was the advertised 2nd bathroom and washing machine, sadly the apartment didn't have either. The bed, Whilst big is not comfy, it's obviously seen.better days and mattress needs replacing. Little things like no oven glove could be easily rectified.

  : We had a beautiful ground floor apartment in a beautiful building. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was huge and very comfy. The living room area was a good size and very comfortable and the apartment was nice and toasty when we arrived.You couldn't beat the location and private parking also.
  : This day and age you should always have sockets both sides of the bed, if sockets are not available due to the original design/build of the room then stick in an extension lead.Extension lead required on right hand side of the bed.The people in the apartment above the bedroom can be heard quite clearly as the floorboards are old and creaky. This can not be helped due to the age of the building but maybe people who check into that apartment should be informed that the below room can hear them so to keep the noise down. We had a child above us who sounded like they were doing the zoomies for about 3 hs thankfully they stopped by about 10pm.

  : The apartment was modern and comfortable and within walking distance of the beach.
  : There was no WiFi available during our entire stay. On arrival Friday night we advised the Four Seasons Hotel where we picked up the keys (we stayed in the Edleston House) this was the case. They advised they would have someone look at it. It wasn't working Saturday morning and we spent most of the morning endeavoring to connect at the Four Seasons Hotel which also wasn't connecting. That afternoon at 3.30pm we returned to the hotel and they were then blaming BT for the WiFi problem at Edleston House, and advised it would be fixed in a few days. Interestingly other properties in the town had no such problem. The Hotel then offered us a room in another property at 4pm but we were leaving first thing Sunday and refused to pack up everything and move for the sake of a few hours. On checkout I spoke to the owner via phone who was rude and arrogant when I asked for some compensation after paying the full top rate for the apartment and not receiving what we paid for. His abusive tone suggesting it wasn't his fault and we were getting no compensation from him was appalling. We are in business' and needed Wifi daily to communicate with Australia. We would not recommend anyone stay with these unprofessional operators. Plus no cleaning products in the apartment, no tea towels nor sponges, plus no teabags. The parking at the rear is very tight and insufficient. In in all a very unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience. Finally trying to find a place to eat on Friday night at 7.30pm was impossible! We thus ate in both Friday and Saturday night.

  : Did not get the apartment we booked ages ago.Was told it was because it was a busy weekend?!?!Offered a room Four Seasons Hotel. I gather they own both. They called it an apartment. Was not nearly the same quality as what we think we booked (will never know!)So avoid booking LLYS CELYN as you might not get it, despite booking confirmations.Four Seasons Hotel wanted to charge us same amount. We ended up paying less, as appropriate as it was such an inferior "apartment". Manager said we got a good discount. (so don't give them a bad review !)ISuspect there was not really a discount on the room we got - (maybe paid same or more than I would have if had just booked what we ended up with).I also suspect that they could get more money for the room we had booked, being a peak weekend with uni freshers starting.What we were given: Four Seasons HotelSmall "apartment, no dining table/eating area (like we had booked).Awful couch, opposite kitchenette, tv beside couch, 90, up high. ( how does one watch it?)Couch uncomfortable.We had booked an apartment with a washing machine, altho management told us LLYS CELYN didn't have one. If not, why was it advertised with one? Llys CELYN has 2 bathrooms, good kitchen, eating area, 3 couches , coffee tables etcWhat we got was awful.Many other issues with apartment that we got.No heating on, they kindly gave us a portable heater. Took ages to get- the first one didn't work!Internet didn't work except for the last 30 mins of our stay.As I waited for a heater to be found, many guests came to reception with issues. I heard them complain about no Internet. I heard them complain about no towels. We had towels!! But when we moved the towels off our bed to go to bed, discovered that they were damp.They should change the hotel name to Faulty Towers.I couldn't recommend the Four Seasons HotelLook elsewhere!
