  : Clean room.friendly staff.
  : Mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Extractor fan & light not working in bathroom. Broker led lights in room.

  : liked the location ie: on sea front. The room and bathroom was clean. Although the bathroom in room 4 had a drip in the toilet system I tried to fix it but no joy. I liked the door code idea.
  : The noise early in the morning. 7.30 wake up both mornings from emptying glass bottles into recycling bin

  : The room was clean, as was the bathroom and the water was hot.. Everything worked, i.e. kettle, television. Room was airy, but bedlinen kept us warm. Celtic Bay Guest House was in a very good position for walks along the promenade and to the pier.
  : The beds could have been much more comfortable. It was a dreary view from the bedroom - on to a back wall - but that can't be helped!

  : The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. Right opposite the beach, found a small car park just around the corner. A short walk to the cliff railway, or to shops and restaurants.
  : No one answered the door when we arrived. Had to call and say we were outside. Shown to our room on the top floor, never saw anyone after that, even had to shout for someone in the morning to give the key back. The journey up the stairs was interesting with a huge crack at the base of the handrail. All the fire doors were propped open, I imagine for ease of cleaning or because they make a noise. We were on the top floor and I only noticed this as we came back in on the evening. Before I went to bed I went down all flights and unhooked them, one on each floor and others below. The base of the shower was so mouldy I didnt want to take a shower but when I did it was actually a great shower. The staff had done their best to clean a shabby hotel, and there were crisp white sheets and towels. Room overlooked the beach. Didnt take a photo of the view as the windows outside were too dirty. Its a student town and I felt I was in student accommodation, 90 to be opposite the beach? Dont bother unless you want to put yourself at risk in the event of a fire.

  : Location great. No breakfast due to covid restrictions. Clean & tidy. Rooms small, but warm & comfortable.
