: Location was great. A lovely Courtyard was such an unexpected addition to the stay.
: There were things missing in our welcome hamper like milk. I would have really liked some decent instant coffee sachets and little shower gels. Putting the heating on was a struggle. We had to make the bedding for our kids sofa bed which we felt could have been made and left for us. I was really surprised at the mould on the bathroom floor with cracks and mould all over the skirting.

: The location was perfect, with gorgeous views. The layout of the flat was ideal, and having two bath/shower rooms was very handy. The facilities were comprehensive, and everything worked as expected. The information in the welcome binder was very helpful. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay with family (3 generations).
: Flat 7 is located up many flights of stairs, which is not ideal. It wasn't an issue for us as we tended to go out for most of the day, so didn't do a lot of up and down. But it is worth noting for anyone who may have mobility concerns. There were a couple small wear and tear things, but we have noted them to the owners. Nothing that needed urgent repair, and nothing unexpected from a busy holiday flat.

: Fantastic location of Aberystwyth which meant you could come and go easily in the daytime and evening. Very comfortable apartment with everything inside it that you needed. There were very easy instructions to follow to enter the property with a lockbox code. No hassles, great communication from the host and if i were to stay again i would like to stay here.
: Leaving the place and going home was the only real thing i didn't like!
