  : It is very near our destinations.
  : There is a lingering distinctive odour from the apartment. When widows are opened this is lessened but does not totally go away whwn windows are shut. Maybe it's the sofa? Also, there's mould and mildew on the bathroom walls. :) May need to be scrubbed.

  : beatiful clean apartment and spacious. I booked a matterhorn view which is beatiful ! Love the owner quick communication all along with me before my trip and answered all my questions and eased my mind!
  : location is a bit far from train station. and construction was going on when i was there. check in is a bit of work but I managed it ( not sure other people if older than me can make it :)) I stayed for three nights but with limited coffee supplies for two of us but again with quick response from owner it is no big deal as it was delivered very next day once I sent the message ! have to be very careful with kitchen and not to get it any dirty as previous reviews said they had to pay extra cleaning after use

  : The apartment in itself is alright - clean and with a nice balcony that has a great view on the Matterhorn! The staff is helpful and responsive. We complained to them about some issues we had and they were helpful and refunded us a part of our fees.
  : A lot of work around the residence, even when you get there right in front on the entrance hall. That led to some nuisance : walking to the door with our big bags was difficult, helicopters hovering very low over the residence (was extremely loud) and early in the morning The area is definitely not the nicest is Zermatt, it is fairly industrial, doesnt feel cosy like the cute city centre The residence in itself was also very loud, people shouting/partying (?) late at night - I guess thats not the hotels fault but still, I think people should know it didnt feel romantic or cosy
